I have been using this product for six months and it has been perfect I swim four times a week and it has stayed perfectly dry inside. I dont use my ipod in it, bought a small 4gb sansa clip its easier to manipulate in the pouch and if it does get wet I have only lost $40 compared to $200 for my Ipod.

within 6-8 weeks, the plastic on this ripped apart.
i contacted amazon, which is hiding behind a weak "30-day-only" return policy.
they offered me a refund of 3 dollars (the item cost me $20 with shipping).
whatever happened to standing behind your product???

Purchased and used twice. The seam ripped and water destroyed the ipod while swimming laps. Too flimsy. Apparently no refunds; only exchanges. That does me no good now that the ipod is history.

As some reviewers indicated, this product leaked, I believe a seal cracked. Luckily my iPod was saved despite getting waterlogged. Also, it seems to have been made to fit the Nano specifically, so if you have a different version iPod it might not be as good of a fit.
