Product Description The DiCAPac WP-400 is an all-weather vinyl case for compact digital cameras (with short zoom lenses) that lays nearly flat for storage and is totally waterproof up to 16 feet (5 meters) deep! Constructed from thick, high-grade vinyl with a UV-coated polycarbonate lens cover, the DiCAPac is designed to keep your camera clean and moisture-free in almost any environment. The patented "Roll & Velcro" zipper closure system provides two levels of protection to keep your case completely watertight, while the clear panels and flexible material allows you to maintain complete control over all your camera's functions. Best of all, the DiCAPac is extremely lightweight and can be tucked away in a pocket or small bag, making it by far the most convenient option for complete all-weather protection for your digital camera, not to mention the most affordable! >>> DiCAPac WP-400 Waterproof Case is Compatible with: Canon Powershot SD30, SD40, SD100, SD110, SD430, SD450, SD600, SD630; Panasonic DMC-FX9, FX8, FX7, FX5, FX3, FX2, FX1, FX07, FX01, FX50, F1, F7, LS2, LS1; Fuji Finepix A700, A600, A340, A330, A310, A303, A203, F470, F460; Olympus FE-200, FE-180, FE-170, FE-140, FE-130, C-315Z, C-310Z, Stylus 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, Digital S, Mini, Verve S; Sony Cyber-shot S40, S600, L1, W30, W40, W50, W70, W100; Kodak Easyshare C743, C643, C533, LS743; Others: Toshiba Algretto 3330.

camera underwater September 4, 2009 Douglasdh it's great to take pictures underwater... i tried it before putting paper instead of my camera, i think it's a great test to do before fou actualy put your camera in.
waterproof camera case August 2, 2009 C. Johansen (Fresno, CA) Keeps my camera dry and easy to use. I have used it for snorkeling, boat trips, and around the pool. People saw it on a recent vacation to Costa Rica and wanted to know where I got it.
Very reasonable at that price September 19, 2008 Efren G. Pedroza Huerta (Monterrey, Mex) You are not going to find better option at this low price. You will really are going to enjoy it.
Good Product for the Money August 4, 2008 Dean (NYC, NY) I bought this last minute to take on a trip to Colombia. For the money it performed very well. I usually buy the more expensive camera model specific cases for my cameras but this was last minute and I didn't feel like spending a lot of money. And nowadays I buy a new camera every couple of months, so it's not worth the 200 hundred dollars. I only used it to about 6 or 7 feet deep, did not leak at all. Only real drawback is that it is a soft case, will not protect camera from drops or shocks. Otherwise I think it is great. I used it with a Canon SD870IS, I used the provided zoom extender, fits nicely inside the case, also the rubber zoom extender helps keep the camera from moving around inside the bag(read case).
Not perfect, but not bad January 23, 2008 Carl L. Gonsalves (Mountain View, California, USA) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I used this on a snorkeling trip in Maui, and was very pleased with the results. Pros: - Does what it's supposed to do: keeps your camera dry under water. - Didn't have a noticeable impact on image quality. - Includes a good wrist strap. Cons: - While the buttons are relatively easy to access, any slider-switch or wheel controls are very hard to use while in the case. For my camera (a Canon SD450) this meant mode switching was tricky. This wasn't a big deal for me as I rarely switch modes anyway, but you should check the controls on your camera to see which ones may be affected by this issue. - Does not provide any protection against pressure. So while it's fine for snorkeling or swimming, it's probably not a good choice for anything where you'll be going really deep (like scuba). - A bit scary to use, since there's only a thin layer of plastic protecting your camera from destruction. Tips: - Test it in your sink or bathtub using some wadded up paper towel instead of a camera to make sure the case doesn't leak. It might be good to do this at the beginning of any trip just to make sure it hasn't gotten damaged since you last used it. - Also, make sure the lens cap is on good and snug, and that the "zipper" seal is completely engaged before going in the water.
